Warranty & Returning
1. Accepted Return
(1) Return accepted if item is defective, damaged upon received or missing items, wrong items or incorrect packages sent.
(2) Return is not accepted when damage is caused by unauthorized maintaining, misusing, collision, negligence, abuse etc.
(3) If the product description has a special statement that then it cannot be returned, it cannot be returned.
2. Return Confirmation
（1）Contact us via contact us, submit order no.,a clear picture or video and shipping packaging. to confirm your return is accepted.
（2）When returning your package, please make sure the item is in good condition with all accessories inside. (except for items defective, damaged or missing upon received ).
3. About Return Shipping Fee
（1）Customers are not responsible for the return shipping fee when return occurs within 7 days of receiving items.
（2）After 7 days of receiving items, customers must pay the shipping fees for returning the item, while we will cover the shipping fees to send it back to customers.
4. About Warranty
（1）Customers are free to choose Returning or Repairing within 6 months of payment date, while we will determine the amount of partial refund according to the condition of items sent back.
（2）Customers can only reach out on us online for item repairing while refund or return is not accepted between 6 and 12 months since payment date.
（3）We’re not responsible for any refund, return or free repair after 12 months of payment date.
Delivery type and time
Total delivery time is composed of two parts: processing time and actual shipping time.
Processing time refers to the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and pack them. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the major destination. Our processing takes 1-2 working days normally, while shipping time depends on the Shipping Method you choose.
Superiorstore.com offer Free Shipping for some products. Generally, the Free Shipping option is sent via Hong Kong Post Airmail or China post and delivery takes about 7-25 days to major destinations. Since all post offices that offer international airmail services do not guarantee delivery time for Airmail parcels, the delivery time is provided for reference only.
If you need faster delivery time, some other options are available for your choice. Like DHL, Air Express… Once you have chosen other shipping method, your order will automatically get shipped by courier service for delivery within 6 to 15 days.
